Movement, breath, and stillness in a small studio that's as welcoming to your first class as your five-hundredth. No performance, no mirrors to compete with — just a practice that meets you where you are.
Drop into any class as a beginner — every teacher builds modifications into the room, not just the front row.
A breath-led flow that builds heat and strength without turning the room into a competition.

Thirty years of teaching, and still not interested in the perfect pose.
Still North was founded by a teacher who spent a decade in bigger studios watching beginners get quietly discouraged by rooms built for the front row. This studio is built the other way around — modifications are the default, not the exception, and no class ends without checking in with whoever looked lost.
Every instructor is certified in their discipline, and our prenatal and postnatal teachers carry additional specialty training. New students always get a few minutes with the instructor before their first class.
Most new students take these three steps in their first two weeks.
Drop into any Vinyasa or Reformer class — arrive 10 minutes early and we'll walk you through the room.
Most students settle into two or three classes a week once they find the instructor and time that fits.
Add a private session or workshop when you're ready to work on something specific to your body.
"I'd never done reformer pilates before and was intimidated walking in. Nobody made me feel behind. Three months later it's the best part of my week."— Priya S.
"The prenatal class was the only workout I kept up through my whole third trimester. The instructor actually understood what my body could and couldn't do that week."— Marisol T.
"Small studio, no ego in the room. I've been to plenty of yoga classes that felt like a performance. This one doesn't."— Dov K.
Tell us a little about your practice — or lack of one — and we'll point you to the right class.
